The 2nd (3rd) Life Career Program is an innovative, strengths-based initiative designed to empower women—particularly mothers—who face significant barriers to financial independence and stability. These women often experience prolonged gaps in work history, limited education or professional training, and insufficient support from existing governmental programs, leaving them unable to qualify for unemployment or cash assistance. The program’s mission is to end the cycle of poverty by equipping participants with the tools and resources necessary to achieve sustainable economic self-sufficiency.

Attending the 2022 Ambiguous Loss Retreat was a transformative experience for me. Before the retreat, I had been feeling a persistent, undefinable sadness that I couldn't quite place. I was going through the motions of daily life, but something was missing, and I couldn't figure out what it was. The retreat provided a safe space to explore these feelings. Through guided discussions, prayer sessions, and one-on-one support, I was able to confront the pain I had been carrying. I learned that it's okay to grieve losses that are not always clear-cut or traditionally recognized.  One of the most healing aspects of the retreat was the community. Sharing my story and hearing others' experiences made me feel less alone. We supported each other, prayed together, and offered encouragement. This sense of community was incredibly powerful and played a significant role in my healing process.
2022 Grief and Loss Event – I Did Not Know I was Grieving
Attending the 2023 Prayer Partner Alliance Retreat with the theme "Labor and Delivery" was a transformative experience that I could never have anticipated.  I had no idea that what I was getting ready to birth into was home ownership.  I wanted a house but I was discouraged.  After leaving the retreat I had the courage to look again but didn't think it would be the very first house.  It happened so quickly, that I had no money saved and was approved for a mortgage with ZERO dollars in my bank account.  That's a miracle straight from God.

The 2023 Prayer Partner Alliance Retreat was a pivotal moment in my life. I walked away with a deeper relationship with God, new friendships, and a renewed sense of purpose. I am forever grateful for the experience and the deliverance I received.
